APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

1. Candidates must apply only through the centralized online admission portal (http://portals.uhs.edu.pk).

2. Applicants shall indicate their Order of Preference for institutions where seats are available. The preferences shall remain editable until the closing date; however, the number and order of preferences shall be locked after the deadline. Any institution not selected shall not be considered.

3. Applicants must upload scanned copies of all required documents, including CNIC (front and back), domicile, Matric and F.Sc certificates, MBBS/BDS degree, experience certificates, etc.

4. An application processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) shall be deposited through a voucher generated from the portal. Payment must be made only at the Bank of Punjab (BOP) or National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) via branch banking or 1Bill (top-up option may not be used). The fee receipt must be uploaded. Applications submitted by post or manually will not be entertained.

5. Only duly submitted online applications with complete documents and paid fee shall be processed.

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon (02 hours)

Format: 100 MCQs; No negative marking; Pass marks = 50%

Weightage in Admission: 50%
